Like most Lady Leaders, you probably are struggling with what you think life & leadership should look and feel like and the reality that it doesn't feel very much like that vision. 

I know, I was there too! It is soooo frustrating!

Instead, you just run around chasing fires all day and fall into bed exhausted each night, knowing full well, it will be more of the same tomorrow.

For me, I sat down and made a plan, like getting up a few minutes earlier each day to have more time for me and taking specific training to develop certain aspects of my leadership.

But each of us is unique.
